So I was totally clueless and didn’t realize that Wii had a built in wireless adapter so I never downloaded the free version of the Opera browser. So my question is: is there any way I can still get the Opera browser onto my Wii without purchasing it. I heard that you can get a friend who has the browser to transfer it onto their SD card and then transfer it to your Wii; but I’ve never seen this done so I don’t really know if this method works. Thanks guys, I’m sure someone out there is experiencing the same problem.

yeah after june 2007 wii internet channel became not free and had to pay 500 wii points for it. im pretty sure that method would work since the channels are stored where the profiles of games are. try it, should work
