opera browser font problem?

i use an opera browser, and i have VERY small font. i have tried changing the font size in preferences and the font on sites like google, myspace, and youtube are still very tiny. does anyone know what i can do to make them bigger? my eyes hurt -.-

   Try setting your display properties. The font on that may be turned down low.

   change resolution of ur computer to lower ratio (like 800*600…..)
