How do I extract all the urls from my Opera Browser tabs?

There are around 100 tabs open at my office PC..and I want them all at my home computer..doing it manually would be a pain.

   I am running Opera 8.51 on windows XP.

   When I save a session (File, Sessions, Save this session) a file is created with the name of the session that I specified.

   This file on my machine is in c:\documents and settings\myusername\application data\opera\opera\profile\sessions

   1 So, save the tabs as a session.
   2 Close Opera
   3 Copy the file that has been created in that folder (if you have called the sesson foo the file will be called foo.win)
   4 On your other PC paste that session file to the same location (if the set up is the same for both PC’s)
   5 Open Opera
   6 If the 100 tabs session is not opened then do 7
   7 Go to File, sessions, and select the session from the list of sessions available.
   8 Shazam!
