How to set Opera as the default browser?

I do not know how to set Opera as the default browser for my computer.

I like Opera more than Firefox and IE. I want to change it. How to do?

   Copy and paste this link into a new tab’s address bar:

   opera:config#UserPrefs|ShowDefaultBrowserDialog

   This will you take you to the advanced configuration part of Opera. Once there, put a check in the box and then click save. Restart Opera and it will tell you that it is not set as the default, and it will ask you if you’d like to fix that. Say yes you want Opera to be your default browser, then you are done.
