Open the webpage which you want to place on your desktop.
Go to File>Save page as
Save the page that you want in desktop.
Thanks.

when you add to your favourites or bookmarks, it is actually a shortcut that is being saved in the favourites or bookmark folder, by the internet browser.
do a search for the favourite name then just copy it to the desktop
click >start >search >all files and folders

Right click on Opera’s address bar and copy the site’s address. Then right click on your desktop and choose New>Shortcut. When it asks for the target of the shortcut, paste the site’s address there. Then name it whatever you want.

if you open ‘Bookmarks’ > ‘Manage Bookmarks’, you can click-and-drag a bookmark to your desktop… double-clicking this new icon will open in your default browser, if Opera is set as the default browser, then this should work for you

It doesn’t matter what browser you are using for creating shortcuts in the desktop.
Right Click on Desktop
Select new > Click on shortcut
type the website name or link starting with
click next button
type the name of the shortcut which will appear on the desktop
and click on finish button.
Now it will come into your desktop and lunches on clicking on it.
Thank You !!!
