Victor asked:
I’m using the browser Opera and I like it better than the others but theres 1 thing that bugs me. That is the Bit torren option. I don’t like it when I download a .torrent file and it automaticaly starts downloading it form the Browser. I want it to just download it and then I’d just put it in uTorrent and thats it. I could still do it now but it’s very annoying and long. So I want to know if thers a way to remove this bit torrent thing form Opera so that it’d just download the file and not star to download the torrent.

Really EASY…instead of left clicking in the link that downloads just copy the link and add it to you uTorrent program. There is a way you can make it download with uTorrent directly but i dont really know how since i dont use Opera that often anymore.
Hope this helped.

Open a new tab in your Opera browser, type the following in the address bar:
opera:config
Click the 2nd option which says BitTorrent. Uncheck the 2nd option which says Enable. This will make Opera download the .torrent file like the other browsers, instead of downloading the whole file(s).

One easy way. when uTorrent detects another torrent downloader, it will ask you if you want uTorrent to make it as the default downloader for torrent files. When you also want to download torrent in Opera, just save it anywhere on your computer so that you have the choose what client will you download it.
