NintendoDS-Opera browser relese-date for Canada?

Does anyone know when the Opera browser will be relesed for Canada for the nintneod DS?
Any ideas?!

   Although this doesn’t specially target Canada, I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to download it from Nintendo’s “market place” now.

   Note: I do not have a Wii but this is all the information I could find.
